Instructions
Step 1
In a magic bullet/blender add 3 large ice cubes.
Step 2
Add 1/3 of a Cup protein powder of choice(add to desired liking) - I like chocolate!
Step 3
Add water to cover ice and protein powder, give it a little mix with a spoon to help premix the powder.
Step 4
Next add 2/3 of a cup of frozen fruit blend - Strawberry, Blueberry, blackberry, raspberry.
Step 5
Add 2 spoonfuls of yogurt
Step 6
Blend!
