Chicken Noodle Soup
Yummy chicken noodles soup for lunch or dinner
Feel free to take out the pasta to make it no-grain.
This makes three servings.

Instructions
Step 1
- boil chicken with enough water to cover it and salt. Pressure cook until the chicken is cooked. In a deep pan, saute the veggies in the butter
Step 2
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic granules, juice of one whole lemon and chilli flakes.
Step 3
- Add the chicken stock and let it come to a boil
Step 4
- Check for salt and then add the pasta and boil until it is cooked.
Step 5
- Add the shredded chicken to the soup. Garnish with spring onion.
