16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain.
Step 2
Add a small amount of oil to pan and cook onions, pepper, and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
Step 3
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours
Step 4
If cooking on the stove, simmer on low for about an hour, stirring frequently to keep from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5
Serve with cornbread pudding
