Instructions
Step 1
Put swede, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, pasta & stock in a large pan and bring to the boil over a large heat.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Step 3
Stir in the tomatoes & beans
Step 4
Simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5
Add cabbage and cook until cabbage wilts
Step 6
Season to taste and serve
