1 cuplactose-free whole milk
½ cupfrozen mango chunks
½ cupfrozen mixed berries
¼ cupfrozen açaí chunks
¼ cupfrozen blueberries
2 tspGut Bliss powder

2 tablespoonspeanut butter powder
1 tspRyze coffee powder
1 tablespoonagave
1 tablespoonchia seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare Your Blender: Ensure your 16oz blender is ready and clean.
Step 2
Add Ingredients: Layer the ingredients into the blender starting with the lactose-free milk to help with blending. Follow with agave, peanut butter powder, frozen mango chunks, frozen mixed berries, açaí chunks, and frozen blueberries.
Step 3
Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender or add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick.
Step 4
Incorporate Chia Seeds: Add the chia seeds and pulse a few times just to mix them in without fully blending them.
