Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F

Step 2
Chop all but 8 slices of bacon and fry in skillet until almost crisp and fat has rendered.




Step 3
Drain chopped bacon on paper towels, wipe out the skillet, and fry remaining strips until crisp.


Step 4
Drain and reserve strips of bacon for later.
Step 5
Spread chopped bacon onto baking sheet and bake in oven until crisp.


Step 6
Blanch French fries and allow to cool.

Step 7
Combine milk and egg into large bowl.



Step 8
Coat blanched fries in mixture and spread on parchment lined baking sheet.




Step 9
Toss coated fries in chopped bacon and place in oven for 10-15 minutes until bacon is extra crispy.




Step 10
Make four hamburger patties, season both sides with salt and pepper.




Step 11
Cook to taste and top with cheese.



Step 12
Bottom bun, lettuce, patty, tomato, bacon, onion, top bun. Serve with bacony fries
