Ground Beef Stir Fry with Ramen

Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbground beef
6 packsramen noodles
discard seasoning packets
2 Tbspvegetable oil
mixed vegetables
bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas
3cloves garlic
minced
1 tspginger
minced, optional
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
1 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspchili garlic sauce
optional, for heat
1 tspsugar
2green onions
sliced
sesame seeds
optional, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles:
Step 1
Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without using the seasoning). Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce:
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce (if using), and sugar. Stir well and set aside.
Cook the ground beef:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir-fry the vegetables:

Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add a little more oil if necessary.
Step 6
Toss in the garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine everything:

Add the cooked ramen noodles and sauce to the skillet.
Step 8
Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve:
Step 9
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
