Instructions

Step 1
Begin by cooking your rice if you don't have any cooked rice. I used sticky Korean short grain white rice.

Then begin by separating your 2-3 crab sticks with the help of 2 forks.

Next, in a bowl, crack 2 eggs and season it with a pinch of salt. Whisk.

Next, heat up your pan and drizzle with oil. Pour over the egg mixture. Wait until it's 30% cooked, and then separate the egg mixture with your spatuala/chopsticks!

Once your rice is ready, put 250g of cooked rice into a bowl. Make sure it's cooled down 60%.

In the bowl, add your crab sticks, eggs, 1.5 Tbsp of mayonnaise, 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1.5 Tbsp of sesame oil and 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds.

Scrunch up 1 packet of roasted seaweed into the bowl and mix everything together with gloves on!

Once everything is mixed, grab a handful of rice. Mold and shape your rice balls until it's steady and firm.
