Step 1
Slice your cucumbers into bite sized pieces.

Then transfer into a bowl. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, Korean chili flakes, salt, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Mix.

Wrap the bowl and leave it in the fridge.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Over medium heat, cook the egg mixture until 80% cooked. Slowly start folding the egg until it becomes a roll.
Step 6
Turn off heat and set aside.
Step 7
On a flat surface, place your nori sheet. Then, spread cooked warm rice until 2/3 is covered. Place your egg and roll the kimbap gently.
Step 8
Slice your kimbap. Apply sesame oil onto knife for a smoother slice.
Step 9
Serve with your spicy cucumber salad!
