Ingredients

For the stir fry
1sweetheart cabbage
cut into 3 cm pieced
4 clovesgarlic
finely chopped
2carrots
finely sliced
2onion
small, sliced
4eggs
beaten
200gegg noodles
For the sauce
To serve

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions
Step 2
Cook the chicken, remove from pan
Step 3
Meanwhile place the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and combine. Set near the stove
Step 4
Place 1 tbsp oil in a large wok over a high heat. Add the eggs and scramble until just set. Push to one side and add another tablespoon of oil. Tip the onion garlic, carrots and cabbage and stirfy for for 2- minutes until softened.
Step 5
Add the noodles and chicken to the pan with the sauce. Combine welland stirfry for another minute or so. Serve immediately.
