Ingredients

¾ cupGreek yoghurt
or dairy-free alternative
3 cupwater
3 cupvanilla protein powder
or natural protein powder
2 Tbsrolled oats
or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free
300gpineapple pieces
frozen, or fresh
1lime
juice & zest
4jalapeño chilli
or to taste, roughly chopped
4ice cubes
1 sprigfresh mint
optional for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients (except mint leaves, if using) on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
Step 2
Transfer to glass and top with mint leaves, if using.
