Blanch the Spinach
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the chopped spinach. Blanch for 2 minutes until the spinach softens.

Prepare the Paneer

Cook the Masala

Blend the Spinach and Masala

Make the Spinach Gravy
