Made with left over slow cook lamb and veggies cooked in the stock plus leftover red wine & shallot gravy

Step 1
Cook cubed suede and peas
Step 2
Add leftover lamb, veggies and gravy to dish
Step 3
Add peas & suede to dish
Step 4
Make up lamb stick with gravy granules and thicken on stove
Step 5
Add to dish and mix
Step 6
Boil potatoes, drain and run through ricer
Step 7
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix well
Step 8
Smooth potato over filling and cover with grated cheese
Step 9
Place in oven for Approx 45 mins to brown
