You know that canned salmon that comes in the bag from the food bank? You know, the one that gets fed to the pet? Hey, come on, how many people really eat that stuff?! Surprise, surprise, after you try this recipe, you won't throw out the canned salmon anymore! Turns out that salmon bones are very safe and the are a good source of calcium, and the skin is very high in trace minerals.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, except oil, in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet until 250 degrees.
Step 3
Shape dough into 12 small-ish patties.
Step 4
Fry until golden on each side. Then cover for 3 minutes to be sure they are cooked through. Add more oil as needed.
Step 5
Use as burgers in a sandwich, or nibble for a higher protein snack!
