Step 1
Soak rice for 2 hours. Combine rice, broth, saffron in saucepan with fitted lid, bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes. Heat oil add onion, ginger, turmeric, garlic, carrots and sauté. Add peas and rice. Sprinkle with cashews.
