Instructions

Step 1
Mix the butter and the sugar until you get an homogeneous mix

Add eggs 1 by 1 to the batter while mixing

Add lemon zest from 1 lemon

Add flour while mixing

Add milk

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes

Grease the waffle maker and start pouring the batter once hot and ready

Pick one mixing directions and stick to it throughout the process (Clockwise or Anticlockwise)
