Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) to form a batter of dropping consistency using a little water.






Step 2
Divide the batter into 8 portions and keep aside.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.


Step 4
Pour one portion of the batter onto the pan to make a pancake of 3 mm to 4 mm thickness.

Step 5
Cook on one side over a slow flame until the base is golden brown.


Step 6
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until done.


Step 7
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make 7 more pancakes.


Step 8
Serve hot with ketchup, yogurt, or sour cream.
