Instructions
Step 1

Slice the onions and fry in a sufuria till golden brown.
Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and add to the browned onions. Add salt and leave to cook.
Step 3

Add soya chunks and mix well.
Step 4

Add water. Bring it to boil and lower the heat to allow simmering.
Step 5

Simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6

Ready to serve. Serve hot with rice, ugali or chapattis.
