Instructions

Step 1: First, cut the cabbage leaves in half. Trim the thick edges on the sides to make the leaves easier to roll. Rinse the leaves, pat them dry, and microwave them in a covered container for 3 minutes. Let the cooked leaves cool.

Step 2: Mix the ground chicken with chopped onion, carrot, green onion. Season the mixture with 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 pinches black pepper, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Mix well until combined.

Step 3: Lay a cabbage leaf flat, add a spoonful of filling, spread it thinly, and roll tightly from one end to the other.

Step 4: Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat oil in a pan, dip each cabbage roll into the egg mixture, and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Reduce the heat to low and cook slowly, flipping once, until the filling is fully cooked.
