These minted lamb burgers are succulent, juicy and not overpowering. Easy to make and weather served on brioche buns with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki or ciabatta rolls with rocket and mayo.

Ingredients

500glamb mince

1egg

1onion
small, grated
1 packgarden mint seasoning

80gporridge oats

salt

pepper

1lamb oxo

6cheese slices
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180c.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 3
Split mix into 6.
Step 4
Shape in to burgers.
Step 5
Fry in a medium high heat pan for 2 mins each side.
Step 6
Add cheese slices and pop in oven for 10 mins.
