Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat add the apple and cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes or until softened
Step 2
Meanwhile in a bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together until combined
Step 3
Then In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients until combined and add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and then mix until combined just be careful not to over mix the batter
Step 4
Then add a 1/2 cup of the apple mixture to the bowl and stir until well mixed
Step 5
Then grease a pan with oil and pour in the batter and top with the remaining apples
Step 6
Bake the bread in a oven that has been pre heated to 355*f for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean let the bread cool in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack and cut up and enjoy 😄
Step 7
For 6 muffins use the same pre heat time and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown enjoy
