Chicken

2chicken breasts
fresh, diced, juicy and tender

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspchili sauce
adjust for heat preference

1 Tbsphoney

Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Toss in the diced chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Sear the chicken

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until it’s golden and slightly caramelized.
Add Flavour

Stir in the garlic and paprika, letting them cook for about a minute.
Make the broth
Step 4
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Drop in the ramen noodles and cook them according to the package instructions.
Step 5
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the broth turns silky smooth.
Step 6
Ladle the ramen into bowls, top with fresh green onions, serve
