Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to boil for noodles. Cook noodles for approx 15 min
Step 2
Heat oil in pan and cook chicken till browned. Crumble it. Add ketjap manis and salt
Step 3
Add garlic and shallot. When they are sauted, add the carrot
Step 4
Add the stock, cabbage and bok choy to the soup
Step 5
Mix everything and serve together with the chopped spring onion and fish sauce. You can add chili oil and/or a chili pepper if you would like it spicy
