Ingredients
2 servings
Smoky Tofu
2 Tbspolive oil
225gsmoked tofu
in small blocks
3 Tbspchipotle and adobo sauce
50ggreen onions
cut in thin rings
150gcherry tomatoes
halved
Smashed Avocado
Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a pan with oil. Add the tofu and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add the chipotle and adobo sauce with 1/2tsp of salt. Cook for a couple more minutes.

Step 3
Add the green onions and tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften and fall apart. Taste and add salt as needed
Step 4
In the meantime, peel and smash avocado. Add lime, salt, pepper, and any other desired ingredients. Serve with tofu when done
