Instructions
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the jalapenos. Chop up them up in the food processor.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix half of the jalapeño pepper with the cheese.
Step 3
On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spread the jalapeno cheese mixture into a 6 to 7-inch circle (if making multiple servings, divide jalapeno cheese mixture into equal portions and then spread into 6 to 7-inch circles).

Turn on the broiler in the air fryer

Broil until crisp about 5 to 6 minutes, then carefully flip the tortilla and broil for another 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
Step 6
To make the burrito stuffing: in a small nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil to medium heat and add the green onion. Cook until soft, reduce the heat, and add the tomatoes, rest of the jalapeño peppers, salt and pepper. Cook until soft, then stir in the shredded chicken.
Step 7
Fill your cheese tortilla with the chicken mixture and wrap like a burrito (if making multiple servings, divide chicken mixture into equal amounts and fill each tortilla, then wrap like a burrito). Enjoy warm.
