Instructions
Step 1
Soak nuts in boiling water for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Saute diced onions in a pot until translucent. Add diced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer. Blend if necessary.
Step 3
Drain and rinse nuts, add to high powered blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low, upping the speed as you go and adding soy milk as necessary.
