Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Apples: Dice the apples. In a pan, combine the diced apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften slightly. Prepare the sauce: Soak dates in boiling water for 10mins Blend with coconut milk Assemble the Overnight Oats: In each jar or container, layer the following: Apple mixture Oats Almond milk Chia seeds Salt Cinnamon Nutmeg Vanilla protein powder Top with the sauce Refrigerate: Mix the ingredients in each jar (if desired) or leave layered. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
