Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and cook your rice.
Step 2
Cook and cube your shrimp. Pull apart your imitation crab. Add both to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the green onions, cream cheese, and mayo to the mixing bowl and combine.
Step 4
When rice is done, drizzle with sesame oil, mirin, and furikake. Push the rice into a glass baking dish. Add meat mixture over the top of the rice. Drizzle with furikake, mayo, and sriracha. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with seaweed wraps or sliced avocado and cucumber.
