Pressure cooker brown rice

Empty Instant pot weighs 1190g 2025-02-18: 300g rice / 360ml water / 15 minutes / 5 mins natural release and rice was too chewy. I salvaged it by adding some water and leaving it on slow cook for ~15 minutes. 2025-03-07: 300g rice / 375ml water / 21 minutes / 11 minutes natural release. Rinsing the rice added about 200ml of water; the 375ml was in addition to this. Rice still slightly too chewy/dry. Added maybe 100ml and slow cooked for 10 minutes 2025-03-10: 375g rice / 530ml water + rinsing water / 22 mins / 23 mins natural release. Rice was slightly too mushy 2025-03-17: 400g rice / 550ml +55ml rinsing water (I drained well) / 22 mins / 10 mins natural release - rice was perfect. 2025-03-23: 400g rice / 580ml total (incl rinsing) / 22 mins / 10 mins natural release 2025-04-02: 380g rice / 500ml total / 22 mins / 10 mins natural release 2025-04-15: 400g rice / 525ml total (boiling) / 21 mins / 10 mins natural release - perfectly cooked, very slight chew
