Basic Overnight Oats with added "protein"

This is my basic Overnight Oats recipe with added protein to keep you full till lunch. This filling breakfast packs a real punch and can easily be pimped up to taste with fruit, chocolate, nuts or what ever you like. I have a little tub of treats to mix in just before eating.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all dry ingredients to jar and mix well. Try not to leave chia seeds clumped up at bottom of jar.
Step 2
Add honey then milk and stir well.
Step 3
Place in fridge over night.
