Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Spray loaf tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper. Set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix sugar & butter well.
Step 4
Add bananas, yoghurt & vanilla extract and mix well again.
Step 5
Add in dry ingredients and fold in (do not overmix). Pour mixture into loaf tin.
Step 6
Sprinkle the top with demerara sugar and some oats to decorate.
Step 7
Add soya milk if mixture is too sticky.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C or until you insert an (uncooked) spaghetti and it comes out clean.
