Instructions
Prepare the compote
Step 1
Place frozen berries and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Set aside.




Cook oats
Step 2
Add oats, riced cauliflower (frozen ok), cinnamon, and almond milk to a medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook until oats and cauliflower are creamy and tender, 5-7 minutes.







Finish
Step 3
Divide oatmeal between serving bowls and top with berry compote and more cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
