I keep cooked quinoa stocked up in my fridge during my ovulatory phase, so that I can quickly whip up a nutritious breakfast like this! Full of protein and probiotics - it’s a great way to start the day

Instructions

Step 1
Microwave plain kefir with the cooked quinoa and raspberries for around 1 minute, or until desired temperature. Stir to combine then top with almond butter and coconut flakes
