Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Dip hashbrowns in eggs.
Step 2
Fry hashbrowns in butter until crisp and browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Cook sausage and place on one of the hashbrowns. Softly scramble the remaining eggs and place on top of sausage. Top with remaining hashbrown.
