Here's a classic meat loaf that has real personality with the addition of horseradish, allspice and dill. Instead of bread crumbs, you can use quick-cooking oats for added nutrition.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine the first 11 ingredients. Crumble meat over mixture and mix well. Press into an ungreased eight inch by four inch by two inch loaf pan. Bake at three hundred fifty for one hour. drizzle top of loaf with ketchup, bake fifteen minutes longer or until no pink remains and a meat thermometer reads one sixty.
