Instructions

Step 1
Slice the tofu into nice, even squares
Step 2
Lay out each square on a paper towel and sprinkle some salt onto each side
Step 3
While the tofu is flavoring, mix up all the remaining ingredients in a bowl for the sauce
Step 4
Add oil into a pan and kinda toast both sides of the tofu on medium heat (maybe takes abt 2min each side, if you like it crispier go longer)
Step 5
Top the sauce over the tofu slices and let it simmer till the sauce thickens
Step 6
Serve hot or cold!
