Easy Creamy Hummus

Super easy hummus using canned chickpeas.

Instructions

Step 1
Add lemon juice, garlic & salt to blender. Blend at high spend until garlic is well minced. Add olive oil, tahini and spices. Blend until creamy. Add half can of chickpeas and blend until creamy. Add rest of chickpeas and ice cubes. Blend until creamy.
Step 2
Optional: top with extra smoked paprika, toasted sesame seeds, za’atar and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3
Other optional toppings: crushed nuts, feta, marinated olives, mint, pine nuts, roasted peppers, roasted garlic.
