Instructions
Step 1
Mix 3 table spoon soy sauce, 1 table spoon agave syrup, some water. Dice tofu and marinate with the soy/agave mix. Fry in a pan

Bring salted water to a boil, cut broccoli, cook in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then transfer to baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt. Grill in oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes until slightly charred.
Step 3
Cut carrots in matchsticks/julienne.
Add some olive oil to a pan, add olive oil and some salt.
Step 4
Prepare green asparagus, transfer to frying pan and grill for 10 minutes until lightly charred.
Step 5
Dice avocado, dice cucumber, wash spinach. Cut fresh parsley.
Step 6
Transfer all components to a bowl. Prepare dressing based on some soy sauce, agave syrup, water
