Instructions
Step 1
Sear the sausage – Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook onions & bell peppers – In the same pan, add a little olive oil if needed. Toss in onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 3
3. Add asparagus – Stir in asparagus and cook for another 3-4 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
Step 4
4. Add garlic & tomatoes – Toss in garlic and tomatoes, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 5
5. Combine everything – Return sausage to the pan. Stir everything together, letting the flavors meld for about 2 minutes.
Step 6
6. Season & serve – Add salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Give it a final stir and serve hot!
