Instructions
Step 1
Throw chicken thighs into a mixing bowl and season to liking with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2
Pour a generous amount of honey and squeeze 1 lemon into bowl and stir all together.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 4
Throw in 2tbs of butter in a pan at medium-high heat and cook chicken 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Then transfer over chicken onto a baking sheet, pour just enough chicken broth onto sheet to a level that you'll be able to scoop with a spoon for basting.
Step 6
Thinly slice 1 lemon and throw slices onto the baking sheet, then put it all on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Baste around halfway mark, then again when timer is done and once more when plating.
Step 8
Serve over white rice with green beans. Sprinkle some parsley flakes for presentation.
