Instructions
Step 1
Cook and season(season to taste) the shredded beef, i used 2 lbs of shredded steak meant for tacos from Kroger.
Step 2
De-seed, dice, and cook the peppers in a pan
Step 3
Mix all the beans and cook on the stove, I drained the water in the can but that is optional.
Step 4
Mix the cooked beans and the peppers
Step 5
Cook your preferred brown rice in your preferred way, I used a rice cooker.
Step 6
Portion out everything into 14 meal prep containers, everything but the salsa is 1/3 cup per container, the salsa is 2 tablespoons per color per container
Step 7
Date and freeze the containers for future consumption.
