Preheat the oven

Mix all ingredient, besides the rucola, in a big bowl. After they are combined and seasoned, add a baking paper to an oven tray and spread out the mass evenly.
Step 3
Bake 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees Umluft
Step 4
Top with rucola and maybe some sweet Balsamic for garnishing
