Step 1
Mix cauliflower, chickpeas, honey, paprika, cumin, garlic & salt in bowl and put on a tray. Roast for 30-35 minutes until tender and brown
Step 2
Then add avocado, seeds and lime juice and toss. Drizzle more honey over the top and serve
