One-pan Creamy Chicken laagne

Usually we opt for tomato-based lasagnes, but creamy ones are just a s delicious. Here I have used chicken and bacon with ranch-style seasonings for the most addictive dinner.
Note if you want a crispy top, pop under the grill for a couple on minutes

Ingredients

40glean bacon
diced

1 tspgarlic purée

300mlchicken stock
200glight white pasta sauce

30gcream cheese
lightest soft

1 ½ tspgarlic granules

1 tsponion granules

¼ tspdried dill

1 tspdried parsley

1 tspdried chives

85gdried lasagne sheets
broken in half

50greduced fat cheddar grated

3 sprigsfresh parsley
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Start by frying the diced bacon in a large frying pan over a high heat for 4-5 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the pan
Step 2
In the same pan, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Continue to fry for 12 minutes until the chicken is cooked, then add the garlic puree and cook for a further minute
Step 3
Add the chicken stock, white sauce, cream cheese and the seasoning, along with some salt and pepper, and mix well. Add the lasagne sheets, ensuring they are fully submerged under the liquid. leave over a medium heat for 10 minutes
Step 4
Once the lasagne sheets are cooked through give it all a stir before topping with the cheese and the cooked bacon. Cover for a few minutes until the cheese has melted through, then garnish with the fresh parsely
