My scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

4 servings

3russet potatoes
1ham steak
petite diced
4 tbsp butter
4 Tbspbutter
1/4 cup flour
¼ cupflour
0.5 galwhole milk
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tspdried parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1 tspdried chives
1 tsp salt
1 tspsalt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsppepper

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Peel and slice potatoes, I like them very thin.
Step 3
Cube the ham steak .
Step 4
Spray a glass 13 x 9 pan with olive oil pan Spray.
Step 5
Stack a layer of potato, salt, pepper, parsley, chives, sift a layer of flour, and a layer of ham cubes. Repeat 3 more times.
Step 6
Pour in milk to cover the potatoes
Step 7
Cover the pan with foil and cook for 70 minutes
Step 8
Remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes more.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes
Step 10
Serve and enjoy.
