Coconuts can be extremely helpful in healing cancer, especially reproductive cancers like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and prostate cancer. Coconuts are one of the best sources of lauric acid, which has antibacterial and antiviral activities. Fifty percent of the fat in coconuts is lauric acid. Coconut Milk is also great for digestive health.

Instructions
Step 1
Make a hole in the coconut (page 191)
Step 2
Drain the liquid from the coconut into a blender
Step 3
Crack open the coconut with a hammer, then scrape out the white coconut flesh inside and add it to the blender
Step 4
Blend on high speed until a smooth, creamy coconut milk is achieved.
Step 5
Tip: Add a pinch of sea salt for added flavor.
Step 6
Variations: • Add % teaspoon of pure vanilla extract for Vanilla Coconut Milk. • Add 1 teaspoon cacao powder for Chocolate Coconut Milk Add %2 cup strawberries for Strawberry Coconut Milk
