Shred some

red onions
Cut, optional
cilantro
green onions
Chilli flakes
salt
to taste, you’ll need it for the noodles
Peanuts
Want some crunch
sesame seeds
Dressing
3 Tbsppeanut butter
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1 Tbspsoy sauce
½ Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspginger
0.5lime
Instructions
Step 1
Some Rice noodles
Step 2
Shred some cabbage, carrots, cucumber
Step 3
Cut some red onions (optional)
Step 4
Cilantro
Step 5
Green onions
Step 6
Chilli flakes and salt to taste (you’ll need it for the noodles)

Want some crunch - add Peanuts and sesame seeds
