Instructions
Step 1
Drain chickpeas and beans; chop vegetables and rinse orzo









Step 2
Cook onion, carrot and celery on medium heat in EVOO for 6-7 min






Step 3
Add garlic and seasonings; stir and cook for a minute






Step 4
Add water, chickpeas, beans and orzo; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 min





Step 5
Add lemon; stir for 1-2 min
