Instructions
Step 1
1. Saute onion and garlic.
Step 2
2. Add carrots and saute some more.
Step 3
3. Add lentils, spices and tomato paste and stir fry for a few minutes.
Step 4
4. Add chopped parsley or cilantro to taste.
