Instructions

Step 1
To marinate the steak: Put thinly sliced beef, cornflour, and black pepper in a basin. After thoroughly mixing, let it marinade for ten minutes.
Step 2
Cook the Noodles: As directed on the package, bring the noodles to a boil. To avoid sticking, drain and rinse under cold water. Put aside.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil: In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat before stir-frying the vegetables. Sauté the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds to make them aromatic. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry until crisp but slightly soft, 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Put the veggies: On one side of the wok and cook the beef. Cook the marinated meat for two to three minutes, or until it is browned.
Step 5
Put Everything Together: To the wok, add the cooked noodles. Add the sesame oil, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix everything together until well cooked and coated.
Step 6
Add sesame seeds and chopped green onions as garnish before serving. Enjoy it hot!
